Once a game (e.g., Quiz Box) is created and shared, it cannot be edited or deleted. This ensures fairness for participants who spend time engaging with your content.

To prevent budget loss, you can use the “Minimum Player” feature to ensure the game only starts when a certain number of participants join.

If you encounter users who spam or cheat, please report their user ID to us. Our support team will review and take necessary actions to maintain platform integrity.

Koaluck may occasionally be unavailable due to updates or unforeseen technical issues. However, your account and data remain secure and preserved at all times.
